This is a fun and pretty gemstone. The bulk of the gem maybe a very pale green, but it appears to be colorless normally. The fun part comes from a dot of pink that plays in the culet and makes the whole stone look like a piece of glittering candy. It appears to be eye clean with great clarity and weighs 3.25 carats. 0476
This emerald cut is so bright and flashy that it looks like carved glistening ice. Half of the bi color is a very pale blue and the other half is a bit stronger pink. It appears to be eye clean and weighs 2.34 carats. It is the founding princess of the IceT group of very pale colored stones. 0681
I like this stone. It is a longer ratio, water white, emerald cut. It is so white and bright that it is shocking. Now I have other achroite, most of which are rounds with more flash than emerald cuts. Without so much distracting flash, the emerald cut is truly a color cut and any color in the stone will be shown. But that does not faze this tourmaline at all. It is absolutely without any color, including grays. It weighs 1.92 carats. 0923
This is an interesting and unique example of Laurellite. (A cuprian tourmaline with a reverse Alexandrite color change.) Only the violetish side of the stone changes color in different white lights. One end of the bi color is relatively pure while the other end has many fine inclusions. It is still a pretty stone regardless of its cuprian nature. It weighs 1.16 carats.
When you cut a mixed color stone into a round, you never really know what you are going to get. This standard round brilliant turned out to be a different shade of pastel purple. It appears to be eye clean and have decent amount of flash. There are some dark factors in the color. It weighs .75 carats.
